MARK2P6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK2P6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,344 significant associations in total. LAML shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK2P6-associated genes across cancer lineages are DDX50P1, MATR3, and EBLN2. Each is linked with MARK2P6 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2P6-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2P6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK2P6 versus DDX50P1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK2P6→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK2P6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
