Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MARK2P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MARK2P15 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in cholangiocarcinoma (CHOL), where higher MARK2P15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MARK2P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.

CHOL, THYM, and READ are the cancer types where MARK2P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
