The most reproducible MARK2P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein processing, Response to reactive oxygen species, and Mitochondrial respiratory chain complex assembly. Each is linked with MARK2P14 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2P14-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2P14 results are reported.
