Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK2P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,176 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK2P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process, Positive regulation of establishment of protein localization to telomere, and Protein folding. Each is linked with MARK2P11 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2P11-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2P11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of proteasomal ubiquitin-dependent protein catabolic process grouped by MARK2P11-low versus MARK2P11-high in STAD.
