Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,743 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDS1, IRF6, and ESRRA. Each is linked with MARK2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK2 versus CDS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
