MARK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CENPU, MBD2, and RNF138. Each is linked with MARK2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CENPU grouped by MARK2-low versus MARK2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
