MARK2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GUCA2A, LECT2, and SLC38A8. Each is linked with MARK2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK2-to-partner and partner-to-MARK2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GUCA2A grouped by MARK2-low versus MARK2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
