Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,812 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MARK1_S649, MARK1_S468, and MARK1_T504. Each is linked with MARK1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK1-to-partner and partner-to-MARK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK1 versus MARK1_S649 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.88.
