Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,978 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HDAC1P2, GPR161, and RN7SL464P. Each is linked with MARK1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK1-to-partner and partner-to-MARK1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARK1 versus HDAC1P2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.70.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
