MARK1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARK1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 50 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, eIF4E, and Ku80. Each is linked with MARK1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK1-to-partner and partner-to-MARK1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by MARK1-low versus MARK1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARK1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARK1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
