Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,144 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of RNA catabolic process, Regulation of mRNA catabolic process, and Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation. Each is linked with MARK1 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK1-to-partner and partner-to-MARK1 results are reported.
