Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARK1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 454 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARK1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BBS7, PPP1R42, and CRYGD. Each is linked with MARK1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARK1-to-partner and partner-to-MARK1 results are reported.
