MARF1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,723 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LMCD1-AS1, COPDA1, and ANKRD40. Each is linked with MARF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARF1 versus LMCD1-AS1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.30.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
