MARF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 78 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, 14-3-3_epsilon, and PREX1. Each is linked with MARF1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by MARF1-low versus MARF1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
