MARF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 672 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL5, CLEC4F, and HTR3C. Each is linked with MARF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IL5 grouped by MARF1-low versus MARF1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
