MARCO

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCO RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,559 significant associations in total. SARC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCO-associated genes across cancer lineages are HK3, LILRB3, and LILRA6. Each is linked with MARCO in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCO-to-partner and partner-to-MARCO results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCO versus HK3 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
