Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCO RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,236 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCO-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NCF2, NCF4, and PTPN6. Each is linked with MARCO in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCO-to-partner and partner-to-MARCO results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCO versus NCF2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.83.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCO→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCO) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
