Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCKSL1P2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,910 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCKSL1P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitochondrial gene expression, Nucleoside triphosphate metabolic process, and Telomerase RNA localization. Each is linked with MARCKSL1P2 in more than 20 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCKSL1P2-to-partner and partner-to-MARCKSL1P2 results are reported.
