Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MARCHF9 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MARCHF9 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher MARCHF9 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MARCHF9 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC, LGG, and COAD are the cancer types where MARCHF9 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
