MARCHF9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 68 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF9-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R2P5, MBD3L3, and MIR8071-1. Each is linked with MARCHF9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF9-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPP1R2P5 grouped by MARCHF9-low versus MARCHF9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
