Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,313 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF9-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of toll-like receptor signaling pathway, Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity, and Plasma lipoprotein particle clearance. Each is linked with MARCHF9 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF9-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF9 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of toll-like receptor signaling pathway grouped by MARCHF9-low versus MARCHF9-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.
