MARCHF8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,282 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PDCD4, TFRC, and JMJD1C_S943. Each is linked with MARCHF8 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF8-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF8 versus PDCD4 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
