Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF8 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 623 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPK3A, RPS6KA5, and GATA1. Each is linked with MARCHF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF8-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF8 versus UPK3A in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
