Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,867 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM74A6, RNU6-154P, and RNA5SP231. Each is linked with MARCHF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF8-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF8 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM74A6 grouped by MARCHF8-low versus MARCHF8-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
