Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF8 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF8-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, MEK1, and Notch1. Each is linked with MARCHF8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF8-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF8 results are reported.
