The most reproducible MARCHF8-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein localization to endosome, Macroautophagy, and Endosomal transport. Each is linked with MARCHF8 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF8-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF8 results are reported.
