Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MARCHF7 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated MARCHF7 data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MARCHF7 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MARCHF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LIHC show a favorable association.
UCEC, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where MARCHF7 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
