The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MARCHF7 mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MARCHF7 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC and LSCC show a favorable association.
UCEC, LSCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where MARCHF7 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
