MARCHF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,550 significant associations in total. ACC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS6KC1, UGGT1, and SMC2. Each is linked with MARCHF7 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF7-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF7 versus RPS6KC1 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
