MARCHF7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,997 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TANC1, RIF1, and RBM14. Each is linked with MARCHF7 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF7-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF7 versus TANC1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
