Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,726 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SRGAP2, SEMA6D, and STK39. Each is linked with MARCHF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF7-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF7 results are reported.
