Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM22P4, RPL23AP94, and RNA5SP139. Each is linked with MARCHF7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF7-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TOMM22P4 grouped by MARCHF7-low versus MARCHF7-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
