Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,438 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF7-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of endoplasmic reticulum tubular network organization, Regulation of microtubule-based process, and Positive regulation of cell cycle. Each is linked with MARCHF7 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF7-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF7 results are reported.
