MARCHF7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFPL3, NAT8B, and ITGAD. Each is linked with MARCHF7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF7-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RFPL3 grouped by MARCHF7-low versus MARCHF7-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF7→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
