Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,453 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are PML body organization, Regulation of fibrinolysis, and Dentinogenesis. Each is linked with MARCHF4 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF4-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF4 results are reported.
