Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,684 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPL5, ADD1, and SYTL4_S221. Each is linked with MARCHF3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF3-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF3 versus RPL5 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.26.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
