Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 388 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MYH9, COL20A1, and ELF4. Each is linked with MARCHF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF3-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF3 results are reported.
