Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,727 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HMGB1P22, H3C15, and MIR615. Each is linked with MARCHF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF3-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HMGB1P22 grouped by MARCHF3-low versus MARCHF3-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
