Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF3-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, JNK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with MARCHF3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF3-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF3 results are reported.
