Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,302 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NAT10, RPS3A, and CLPX. Each is linked with MARCHF2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF2-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF2 versus NAT10 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.40.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
