Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,775 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are EVI5L, PNPLA6, and RAB11B. Each is linked with MARCHF2 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF2-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF2 versus EVI5L in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
