Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SGCZ, PRR20C, and PAX1. Each is linked with MARCHF2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF2-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF2 results are reported.
