MARCHF10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,431 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF10-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DNAAF2, IFT172, and TANC2. Each is linked with MARCHF10 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF10-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF10 versus DNAAF2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
