Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 113 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MMP26, TEX53, and CRX. Each is linked with MARCHF10 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF10-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MMP26 grouped by MARCHF10-low versus MARCHF10-high in BLOOD_Myeloma.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
