MARCHF10

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF10 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,106 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AKT1, EIF5B, and GRK2. Each is linked with MARCHF10 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF10-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AKT1 grouped by MARCHF10-low versus MARCHF10-high in UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF10→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
