MARCHF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,476 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are APBB1IP, WAS, and CORO1A. Each is linked with MARCHF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF1 versus APBB1IP in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
