Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 683 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MARCHF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are UPK3A, COL20A1, and AQP9. Each is linked with MARCHF1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MARCHF1 versus UPK3A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
