MARCHF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MARCHF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,426 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL2, CD207, and MRPS15. Each is linked with MARCHF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUL2 grouped by MARCHF1-low versus MARCHF1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MARCHF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MARCHF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
