Across TCGA cell cohorts, MARCHF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,859 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MARCHF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, mRNA destabilization, and Protein deubiquitination. Each is linked with MARCHF1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MARCHF1-to-partner and partner-to-MARCHF1 results are reported.
