MAPT

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MAPT RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 25,011 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MAPT-associated proteins across cancer lineages are EPM2AIP1, EIF4G1, and GTPBP4. Each is linked with MAPT in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MAPT-to-partner and partner-to-MAPT results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MAPT→partner) and Y-score (partner→MAPT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
